Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the services provided by Omega Patient Care ("us," "we," or "our"). Your access to and use of our services is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all clients, patients, and their families.

We accept digital payments, bank transfers, and other methods as communicated during the onboarding process.
Cancellation Policy: Service cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Failure to provide timely notice may result in a nominal service fee to compensate the assigned healthcare professional.
4. Limitation of Liability
While Omega Patient Care is committed to clinical excellence, we shall not be held liable for outcomes resulting from the natural progression of a terminal illness, pre-existing conditions not disclosed to us, or inaccurate information provided by the family. Our liability is strictly limited to the professional execution of the agreed-upon care plan in accordance with Indian healthcare regulations.
5. Confidentiality & Data Protection
We take patient privacy seriously. All clinical records, personal data, and health information are managed strictly under our Privacy Policy and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act guidelines.
